We will deliver all of the ingredients required to create your chosen cocktails at home, with the very best spirits, a cocktail shaker and delicious snacks. Learn how to mix three of our signature cocktails, from the Honey Bee, inspired by our very own beehives, to the Beach Bar Rum Punch.

We start with a frozen glass, chilled to 22 degrees below. A dash of vermouth first, then gin as cold as the glass. It’s poured all the way to the rim, so there’s only one way to drink it: our trademark Egerton Slurp. Trust us – it’s the only way to avoid spilling a single drop.
We normally finish things off with a single squeeze of lemon rind, nothing more, nothing less. Times have changed since the first martinis 130 years ago though, so if you prefer vodka to gin, we’re happy to make the switch.
We strongly advise one thing; whatever the spirit, treat it gently. As far as we’re concerned, our martinis are never shaken, never stirred, always perfect.
Our Martini Masterclass with our talented bar team is the perfect way to spend an informative and enjoyable (not to mention a delicious) hour. Esley will begin by explaining the history and origins of martini; tell you a little bit about his own background, and divulge his top tips in order to make the perfect martini yourself. There will be the opportunity to taste the magnificent martini creations and enjoy homemade canapés of tomato and mozzarella bruschetta, smoked salmon with crushed avocado on cape seed loaf, and coronation chicken on brown bread.
