Where is the nearest tube station?
The closest tube stations are Knightsbridge and South Kensington, which are both approximately a seven-minute walk from the hotel.
What times are check-in and checkout?
In order for you to make the most of your stay, we offer flexible check-in and check out time. Please give us your estimated time of arrival, in order for us to make necessary arrangements.
What is your cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel the reservation you have until 6pm on the day of your arrival to avoid a one-night cancellation charge.
What happens if I forget to cancel my reservation?
In the event of a no show, our reservation agent will contact you to see if you still need your room, if you reserved more than one night, or if you need to re-book for another date. However, a one-night charge will be credited to a future booking.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
We offer a variety of vouchers, which you are able to purchase on our website.
How many rooms do you have?
We have 28 rooms. 23 deluxe rooms, four studio suites and one master suite.
Do you have disabled access?
Unfortunately, the property has no disabled access.
Is there an elevator?
Yes. We have an elevator that goes to every floor.
Do you offer interconnecting rooms?
Yes. Upon booking, we will check the availability of interconnecting rooms.
Can you accommodate my request for the room to be a particular colour?
Although our rooms are uniquely decorated and appointed, if you have particular preferences, we will endeavour to accommodate your requests.
Do you accommodate children?
Yes, we are a family-friendly hotel, and children are equally welcomed and pampered.
Can I leave my luggage with you before or after arrival?
Yes, we can gladly store luggage prior to your arrival and after check-out.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are welcome in our guest bedrooms, as well as the bar and drawing room, and a range of pet beds and menus are available. This can be arranged when making your reservation. Please ensure to give prior notification.
If I am celebrating a special occasion, do you provide any special amenities?
We take pride in making sure that you will have a special time here at the hotel, and therefore we will definitely make it special in any way possible. We also offer different experiences to enhance your stay and these can all be pre-booked.
Do you provide a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom?
Yes, we can provide a minibar, tea and coffee facilities on request.
Do you operate a laundry service?
Yes, we have a seven-day laundry service, with laundry cards and bags supplied.
Do you have a gym?
We do not have a gym in the hotel, however, we have partnered up with Aquilla Health & Fitness Club, which is a five-minute walk from the hotel. A complimentary pass is available at reception.
Do you have a restaurant?
Although we do not have a formal restaurant, meals are available in our drawing room, bar and via room service.
Is there a dress code?
We operate a smart casual dress code in our drawing room and bar.
What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is available in our Dining Room from 7am until 11am Monday to Saturday and from 7am until 12pm on Sunday, or all day long in the comfort of your room.
Does your afternoon tea cater for different dietary requirements?
We offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. However, we cannot offer a vegan gluten-free option.
What time is Afternoon Tea served?
Afternoon Tea is served in three sittings, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm.
Are non-residents permitted in the hotel?
Yes, non-residents are allowed in all of our public areas, such as our drawing room and bar.
What adapters do I need?
We are happy to provide voltage transformers and adapters at the hotel. All rooms are equipped with hairdryers. The UK voltage rate is 230, as compared to 120 in the USA and 220 in Continental Europe.
Where are the nearest department stores?
The world-famous Harrods and Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge are a short walk from the hotel.
What credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Switch and Delta.
What assistance do you provide when leaving the hotel?
We can provide you with travel updates for flights and train travel. We can also arrange to have your boarding card pre-printed and arrange for your car to be ready for your departure.
Do you provide a valet and car parking service?
The hotel does not have its own parking, however, we can valet park your car in the nearby Chelsea Cloisters NCP for a fee of £45 for 24 hours. This service is available from 8am till 8pm. When you book this we would need your estimated time of arrival. This service would be added to your room bill.
Can you park on the road outside the hotel?
There are both 2 hour and 4-hour parking places on the roads around the hotel, these are charged at the usual Kensington and Chelsea council parking rates.
*Please note that Central London operates a congestion charge zone between the hours of 7am - 10pm daily, excluding Christmas Day. The current daily charge when entering the zone is £15. Does the hotel operate a shuttle service?
We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service, however, we can organise arrival and departure transfers from your chosen airport for a fee.
