We are very grateful to you for the wonderfully magical week that we were blessed to enjoy in London. Well, we've stayed at Red Carnation Hotels in the past, as you know... and, The Egerton is by far the friendliest and nicest. Absolutely everyone went out of their way to make our stay exceptional... everyone! Our room was beautiful - and the perfect size (for all our stuff)... and the location of the hotel is exactly as you mentioned - "a hidden treasure". We were very close by to all the major shopping - plus, a hop-skip from the parks. I am only sorry that I couldn't say more. All of you are really, really, amazing people. It truly makes a difference when someone smiles at you, and even smiles when they may not be having their best day... and, I don't recall ever when we didn't pass or approach one of your staff when they weren't smiling or happy. It must be magic - the way everyone gets along so well and makes their customers feel at home ... maybe they have been told to do so ... or, maybe they are so happy at work that it comes naturally.

My wife and I stayed at the Milestone last year and it was indeed a great experience. The Egerton (which is in a better location for us) was every bit the experience of the Milestone. We plan on returning! Wonderful hotel.
